Prize Bin Policy

Our Prize Bin Policy is simple, applies to all members using this site, and is a part of our User Agreement.

1. Members are allowed to redeem their collected points for one (1) prize per househould in a thirty day period.

TO BE FAIR TO OTHER MEMBERS, AFTER REDEEMING YOUR POINTS FOR A PRIZE YOUR POINT TOTAL WILL BE RESET TO ZERO (0) UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE PRIZE DESCRIPTION.  ANY POINTS COLLECTED AFTER REDEEMING FOR A PRIZE UNTIL YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED WILL BE LOST.

2. A flat shipping rate of 500 points is charged for each "purchase" in the Prize Bin.

3. Prizes have no cash value and are non-refundable.  If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping agent immediately and file a claim.  If it is determined that damage was caused by inadequate packaging on our end, please return the item within fourteen (14) days from arrival and we will refund your points only.

4. DaleHollowFishing.com acts only as a medium for the exchange of these prizes and displays information regarding the prizes to the best of our knowledge.  We make no claim to the accuracy of the prize descriptions and you agree to hold us harmless against any claims arising out of mis-representation.  We recommend contacting the prize owner for complete details or instructions before redeeming your points for a prize.

5. All rental prizes are based on availability.  It is your responsibility after receiving your certificate to contact the business directly to make proper arrangements and complete the transaction.

DaleHollowFishing.com reserves the right to ammend this policy without notice at any given time.  We recommend that you check this page from time to time or bookmark it to be aware of any such changes.
